Treatment of No Burp Syndrome (R-CPR) and Difficulty to swallow (A-RPD)

Dysfunction of the upper esophageal sphincter (cricopharyngeal muscle) CPD could cause swallowing difficulty (A-CPR) of inability to burp (R-CPD)

In Larynx Clinic we offers treatment of both by Botox injection into the muscle either under general anesthesia or under local anesthesia (EMG guided). Less commonly simple surgery could be required to solve the problem.
